Allica is a commercial bank that offers customers access to banking professionals, financial solutions and digital banking effortlessly. We are committed to being reliable, competent and helping businesses succeed. Our offices are located in the UK and our headquarters are located at First Floor, Eldon House, 2-3 Eldon Street, London, EC2M 7LS. We will continue to work hard to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking do not take place in our trade or supply chains. Any action involved in the arrest, acquisition or elimination of a person intending to enslave him; any act related to the acquisition of a slave for the sale or exchange of a slave; any act of surrender by the sale or exchange of a slave acquired for sale or thought and, in general, any act of trade or transport to slaves. The definition of slavery was further refined and expanded by a complementary convention of 1956. We work with our suppliers to identify and reduce the risk of human trafficking or modern slavery in our supply chain, and we continue to monitor these risks throughout the realization of these relationships. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure that modern slavery does not take place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains. We are also committed to transparency in our own affairs and approach to modern anti-slavery in our supply chains, in accordance with our disclosure obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We expect the same high standards from all our contractors, suppliers and other trading partners, and as part of our contractual processes, we will issue specific prohibitions on the use of human trafficking, slavery or servitude, adults or children, and expect our suppliers to meet the same high standards. We are aware of the misery caused by the global problem of modern slavery and human trafficking and the difficulties in solving this problem.

We take our responsibilities very seriously and want to work with our suppliers to ensure positive labour standards in all of our global supply chains. Allica wants to help its clients succeed with business relationship managers, reliable digital banking, commercial loans and deposits. Our offer remains largely digital, we do not operate physical branches and we currently have no subsidiaries.
